Radith Rukshan, known as Noiyse Project, is a pioneering figure in Sri Lanka’s progressive house music scene. Since his debut in 2018, he has risen to prominence with his unique sound, innovative production, and captivating live performances.
Musical Journey and Achievements
Noiyse Project began his music production journey in early 2018, teaching himself the art of electronic music. His dedication and creativity have earned him recognition from globally renowned labels such as Sudbeat and The Soundgarden, alongside his own imprint, Till the Sunrise Records.
With over 100 tracks released across 40+ record labels, he achieved the #1 spot on Beatport’s Hype Progressive House Global Producers Chart. Notably, his track “Metanoia” reached the top of Beatport charts, cementing his position as a key player in the progressive house genre.
Artistic Style and Influences
His sound blends deep, groovy rhythms, dynamic percussion, and driving basslines, creating an immersive musical experience. Influenced by artists like Guy J and Hernan Cattaneo, as well as the legendary Freddie Mercury, Noiyse Project brings a diverse range of inspirations to his productions.
Contributions to the Sri Lankan EDM Scene
Noiyse Project has played a pivotal role in uplifting Sri Lanka’s underground music community. He was the first Sri Lankan artist to perform at the virtual Burning Man Festival in 2021, a landmark achievement.
Through his label, Till the Sunrise Records, he actively nurtures emerging talent, contributing to the growth of the local electronic dance music scene.
